More than 10 years have passed since the Japan Italian Cooking Class Association was established in 2003 and conducted the Italian Cooking Test. Today, society has changed dramatically, and the exam system is entering a period of transition from paper to online exams. In response to this, the Japan Italian Cooking Class Association introduced an online test two years ago.

In the future, we will increase the number of questions and shift to a test that efficiently checks knowledge by asking many questions in a short time. Along with that, we have decided to put together a collection of problems from many previous exams. Each of these questions covers 20 states, which is enough to prepare for the upcoming exam system.  

Check out the latest data from our annual Italian Cookery Test Book and practice your knowledge of traditional cuisine and specialties with this workbook.  

In this book, past questions from 2011 to 2020 are posted in order of 3rd grade → 2nd grade → 1st grade for each year. There is an answer at the end of each past question.  

When you solve the problem, you have four choices, but make sure you know what state the other correct answers are from. Please refer to the textbook as you proceed.

(1) Solve the problem first.

② Review while looking at the answers.

③ If you get the correct answer, check the other options in the textbook.

④ Understand the answers for the incorrect answers, and check all the options in the textbook.

⑤ By repeating this process, we organize the traditional dishes, special products, and wines of the 20 states.
